Ordered items from here. What they sent was absolutely rubbish broken. Was not what they advertised. Counterfeit. After to and fro in emails was finally told they were processing my refund. Well that was 3 weeks ago. Now they ignore email totally.if I could rate this a minus I would. STAY AWAY.

Would give ZERO rating if an option. Scam company. I ordered a personalised necklace online 24th July. No sign of order and Wurri advised that refund would be in bank 3-5 days. Prior to this I do have to say they were emailing me back. Still no sign of refund nearly 2 months on and surprise surprise when I email regarding refund, no response. Not embarrassing myself chasing £25 anymore. What a sham of a company

Daughter ordered a backpack with her birthday money, paid the money and was then emailed to say they had none in stock. Despite two months wait and numerous emails they have still not refunded. Also the phone number on their website is just a disconnected line!

Absolutely gutted with this shoddy company who claim to be uk based but are based in Nigeria.

Took my money for a plane I ordered for my nephew's birthday which is today. States 5-8 days for delivery and to wait for a dispatched email. Took my money and I never got an email with a tracking number. Shock horror 10 days on and no email. No item received and I've a very disappointed nephew today. I'm gutted. You can't call them and they ignore your messages.

Terrible company ordered boots been over a month can't get hold off them emailed loads off times no response phone number on there website doesn't work so stay away from this company 😑

Ordered Apple Watch strap from Wurri and have had no contact since. As others have said company is not based in London and the tel no doesn’t work!

Their website has a London, UK address and nowhere on the website does it say they’re Chinese. Ordered something from here and was asked to return it back to China so I had to pay 3x the amount in postage. Scam of a company and they have terrible customer service.

I’ve reported them to the UK trading standards who will deal with them further

Terrible company!! The advertise their business as being London UK but they are Chinese!! If you have issues you need to return to China at your own expense!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Very bad customer service and very difficult to get hold of them.....
