I ordered the racing roller ball for $13.80 on 12/20/24. Two weeks later I contacted them where was my order? They responded it was delayed but coming. By 1/2/25 I still had not received my order. They said it was out for delivery. On 1/4/25 I received an email stating it had been delivered by Uni uni!! When I checked the photo where it was delivered, it was a pic of Apt 121 in my complex. That was not my apt #. I went back and forth for several emails debating the delivery with the company and their delivery service. Unfortunately the pic also showed a copy of the package which did NOT show my apt #. I checked with the USPS why and they had it correctly on their file. My debate is that the address clearly showed the correct address to the apt complex but their carrier delivered it to the wrong apt. There was NO APT on the package. But they delivered it to Apt 121 which I finally discovered was part of the main address. State Highway 121! This package should have been returned to their warehouse or brought to the apt office as incomplete instead of delivering it to an apt they assumed was correct even though it was part of the mail address. They repeatedly would not take responsibility saying it was delivered. They would not issue me a refund. So I have no product and I’m out of $13.80. I give up. May seem petty but it’s principle. Beware if you are not satisfied with your product if you get it. They definitely have no consideration for customer service.

I ordered a custom dog figurine, waited two months (one month in they sent me a shipping notice), only to find out that not only hadn't it been shipped, but it also hadn't been made. I asked them how long it would take to make and instead they refunded me, without me asking for that and refused to answer any more of my questions. Absolutely worst experience on what was a very sentimental gift I was trying to buy.
