Order never received, no communications
Order placed in mid October. Was told it shipped. No tracking provided. After 2 weeks with no delivery, tried numerous times to contact via email with no reply. Contacted on Facebook messenger, no reply. Left a comment on a Facebook page post to ask whether the shop was still operating - received a reply 5 weeks later "will look into it". Replied about my experience and comment was deleted and I was blocked from their Facebook page. Very poor experience and I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Thankfully was able to file a claim with Paypal to retrieve funds.
