Fantastic service
Fantastic service! Glen came out the same day and quoted for works to be completed, giving a thorough overview of the issue. James then came out and undertook the work. He was friendly, efficient and explained exactly what he done. I wouldn't hesitate in using Wynsdale again or recommending them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
This company’s details were passed to us by Swale council as we needed furniture moved, old carpet removed, new vinyl flooring laid and the furniture replaced back in the room.
Upon completion we noticed damage to our wall and door frame. I arranged to have this damage repaired myself as I had a contact who would do this. We then noticed the new flooring had been damaged presumably done when they returned the furniture to the room and a repair had been attempted. This is completely unacceptable after paying for new flooring you do not expect it to be damaged and repaired. Wynsdale are refusing to accept responsibility for this, because the fitter said he didn’t do it, when he knows very well he caused the damage and has left us with a trip hazard due to the nature of the damage. They are taking advantage of elderly vulnerable people rather than doing the right thing and admitting their employee made a mistake.

Great service
Super fast quotation, as soon as I pressed send someone gave me a call to confirm what we needed. It was booked in for two days later after we paid the deposit. The gentleman who arrived to collect our rubbish was polite, quick and friendly. We piled it all on the drive the night before so it would be easier for whoever came and he was very pleased. Couldn’t fault the service at all from start to finish, we were given a waste note so we know it’s being responsibly disposed of. 10/10!

Stay away from this company I paid £575 for clean up and pick some rubbish. They didn’t properly clean my flat when asked they said it’s not in their policy. All they interested in is your money be warned.
They want your money greedy people. Ripping innocent people.

We can confirm that we originally quoted, at the request of a Local Authority, to carry out some work related to health and wellbeing at your property. They were funding the works and our quote was accepted by them under competitive conditions.
Unfortunately, due to your self imposed actions, the funding was withdrawn.
We subsequently agreed to carry out the work for you directly but you said you could not afford to pay for the original quote.
We discussed a reduced scope of works which would make the works more affordable. It was clearly explained to you what we would, and would not, do to complete the project. You accepted this scope and paid the reduced cost.
During the works, you asked for the scope to be increased. As a gesture of goodwill, we agreed, at no extra cost. As an indication, you received an additional 50% value versus the cost that you paid for.
After completion you complained that we had not carried out the works to the agreed scope. We explained that we provided additional services beyond that which had been agreed.
You did not accept this.
We regret that you are not satisfied with our performance but following a review of your complaint, we are confident your review is not a true representation of events. We are happy to continue dialogue if you are comfortable in doing so.
