Ordered the Ying Yang shoes, was gutted that I couldn't find the matching socks to purchase on the website, only to find that they were included with the shoes!! Best surprise! Arrived in a few days, love them! Have been wearing them non stop for 2 days! Comfortable, trendy and stylish.

I bought the X-Bionic Apani Merino 4.0 T-shirt in 2021. I've had it for five years now. The material is very good. No unpleasant odors develop after prolonged use. It works great in the mountains, both on ascents and on skis. I highly recommend it.

bought some items in Switzerland-loved them.

ordered more online-tried them on- they appeared and felt like shine or something bought on Temu.

returned and finally, after a month, received a partial refund. now I have to dispute with credit card company. be aware.

I ordered the wrong size shirt for my son, so I had to return it. Within days, I received a return envelope with full instructions for returning it. I sent it off, my money was immediately returned, and I was able within days to re-order the correct size! And, the new order arrived three days later from Europe!!! I live in the western US! Such a good experience, and, if course, excellent products, always!

I Wore their $150 garment twice and the seem started to go. I sent a photo and email and was told it was ‘user errror’

To add insult to injury, they refused to replace and,instead, sent a discount code which it turned out I couldn’t use to buy a replacement item.

Appalling customer service

Always know the brand and first time purchasing a couple of sets of ski base layers. Love the product. The sizes fit me differently from different product lines, but the customer service is top tier. Santiago did a great job replying super fast and actually listen to me and work with me to address any concerns. Product quality is just superior, you really get what you paid for with this company.

Very good equipment and quality.
Im running around 40Km per weeks by -10degres and in my opinion there are no better equipement for running/trail than the ones proposed by x-bionic.
Very well adapted to any condition and it offers me a great confort during my runs.
Its expensive, but to be honest, the last set that I bought hold me roughly 12years.

I am a long-time returning customer for X-Bionic. The first stuff I bought for my wife and myself around 20 years ago and we still use all of this which is amazing! I do mostly snowboarding, mountain skiing, road biking, ice skating, and my wife mountain ski and tennis. Wherever we need comfort - that's X-Bionic. Looking forward to placing more orders for years to come. When it comes to support - Santiago is a wizard to either answer your questions or help resolve issues. Great job guys!!!

I had an issue with the base layer I recently purchased. It tore while I was snowboarding. The problem was that this type of layer (Merino series) was not the best choice for such an active sport.

The customer support team responded quickly to my complaint and helped me by providing a promo code for the value of this base layer. And recommended me buy another option (Energy Accumulator 4.0. series)
