Really down to earth bloke who was happy to help. I had a broken HDMI port on my sons PS5, he was devastated.

It was returned to us 2 days later in tip top condition.

Would highly recommend for a quick, efficient job.

Look, il be honest. There was a minor mistake with my order. It happens. But the customer service to rectify the mistake was top notch. Easy to communicate with and very friendly. Highly recommended.

The customer service was amazing. I was in a rush to get the order in before my son’s birthday, and ending up making a few errors with the order. They sorted it all out without any hassle. And the product I ordered (an adapted x-box controller) is excellent and much loved by my son.

Bought a controller for my brother for Christmas and Zac was super helpful I got the wrong one to begin with but after speaking to Zac he was able to send me details to pay for the upgraded controller my brother wanted also add a few bits on with zero hassle super friendly and helpful with everything, controller was built in a couple of days, top guy customer service is 5 stars

I was looking for unique xbox controllers and stumbled across this site. I found a controller that was exactly to my daughters taste. The customer service was fantastic. I asked for it to be delivered by a specific date in time for a birthday gift and it was delivered on time. Would highly recommend, controller looks amazing and my daughter was so exicted with it.Would definitely order from here again.

My son wanted all the mods on his controller, and loves it. Told me to rate it 10/10 and would do it again.

Brought a modded controller had alot of mods onit, didn't get on with the trigger as they hurt my fingers (gaming for 12 hours a day) and I wasn't good with the right thumb stick being so smooth, the sticks these guys use are insanely reactive, anyway I messaged them and he told me to send it back to them and he'll sort it, I posted it yesterday, and today he received it and modded it again for me for nothing. I'm a genuine guy and honest, I can't fault these lads 1 bit. 5*+ from me cheers

Brilliant service high quality parts just had a failed joystick button after a few months now got it fully repaired under warranty and that got fixed in a few days with next day delivery back

Bought as a 30th birthday present by my wife. Love the controller, great modification options on the website and the controller looks incredible. However it keeps disconnecting from the Xbox (my other controllers never did this) even after doing the updates, checking batteries, checking the console and checking firmware. We sent it back and received a replacement, however the replacement is still doing the same thing and none of the suggestions are working and the same issue is happening.

I had been wanting a controller for a while for some of my single player games and started to research into them and X-mods stood out above the rest. I contacted the owner and they were extremely helpful for my research. I then made a purchase and the owner even took the time to make sure my order was right and I did infact make a slight error in my specs, which saved me from an expensive mistake. The controller arrived well within the timeframes specified and well packed with a nice little treat in addition. Highly recommend X-mods and I will purchase again possibly a custom controller for my PC. Thanks X-mods

Jeesh, what a banging piece of kit!!

I purchased the chaos mod stock controller and I am blown away by it's features and ease of use.

Don't get me wrong, it's funky trying to adjust the recoil compensation & rapid fire speed but.. when you do, my lord it's with the money.

The anti recoil I particular is savage, I've adjusted ot down to setting 2/3 and it's all but eliminated it.

Auto run is another feature I can't tout enough either.

Trust me when I say this is the best you can get for your money.

Highly recommend, Zac has been a treat to deal with despite being a busy man, he maintained professionalism and shipped out in timeframe he estimated.

Keep up the good work fella.

I've ordered a faceplate for Xbox Series controller which never arrived. After 2 weeks of wait, I emailed them and they told me they will send the item. It'a been another 2 weeks and NOTHING. I even checked whether I provided the right address, which I did.

Edit: I've received the refund.
