Send them a email on Friday at 2.30pm and the lady in charge hasn't even read it by Monday.
And then they act surprise when you tell them they are so utterly out of their depth

I had a leaking tap
I had a leaking tap, and I cannot speak more highly of the x1 lettings team.
They got on the case from the get go and it was resolved as a matter of urgency.
I am very pleased by the professional and the timely service from the x1 letting team!

My Experience at the platform
Staff are always helpful and the building is the best i’ve been in so far for the price i have loved being here, Nick has been the soundest guy always been there whenever i’ve needed him even when its just for letting me in my room when ive left my keys ahah but the only thing i would change is that the mail (letters)goes in the letter box would be better for my mail

Never had a good experience with X1…
Never had a good experience with X1 lettings, I regretfully took out a second lease with them and experienced similar problems.
They do not allocate payments but then do not call to check - they just issue court dates and eviction notices.
Their staff are incredibly entitled and rude.
Their maintenance staff are terrible, it took them 4 visits , a third party contractor and a year and 6 months to fix a toilet that was broken from the day we moved in.
But most of all - staff are incredibly rude and it appears they have a very entitled toxic working culture within the office.
