Well impressed
My experiences with xcase have been v positive, both in goods and service received.
They had a good range of small tower cases that took full size ATX boards and had a front mounted PSU option.
So I ordered 1 and budget psu as well, delivery was next day and was informed of dispatch.
Case was cheap as chips and good quality/finish, contained full board mounting kit and even small speaker for post beeps for m'board.
PSU was standard generic budget 500w, and I noticed after mine arrived that they had upgraded these to a better version.
Pointed this out to sales dept. via e mail, and they informed me this was indeed the case and I had just missed out on the upgrade.
However they agreed to send me the superior replacement f.o.c.
You can't actually expect better customer service than that.
I didn't have any issues with communication, they were prompt and efficient.
So I would definitely recommend this company and use them again

Don't do it....
Very poor company to work with....
Asked them to build 2 bespoke PC's for a very prestigious client, one would not power up (turned out to be a sub standard power connection) repaired on-site in-front of upset client. The second was not built to the required spec, wrong graphics card, not RAID capable, 4GB of sub-standard RAM when we paid for 8GB premium, entry level motherboard, again we paid for premium.
They said that they would send out the remainder memory but they never did. I wouldn't mind but I only spent £35 on 8GB of premium Kingston memory to put it right.
Very short sighted, we'll never use them again, they probably saved £80-100 by using sub standard parts on both the PC's, they could of had over £20k of business from us...
Good enough in my case...
The case I received was acceptable, and although some of the holes and the PCI slots were somewhat out of line (even with their own power supply, how odd) it works just fine and looks pretty cool. I could seemingly only get next-day delivery, but that didn't bother me much. I would note that I did not contact customer service at all (that seems to be where other people found problems).
One suggestion: several edges on the inside of the case were quite sharp and after getting a few small cuts on my hand I eventually resorted to covering them with foam from the PSU packaging. Maybe you could consider that in future?
BAD SERVICE / STOCK
DO NOT DEAL WITH XCASE SENT ME SUBSTANDARD CASE EMAILED SENT ME A FURTHER SUBSTANDARD CASE TOLD ME THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE ACCEPTABLE OFFERED ME 50% DISCOUNT COULD NOT USE THE UNITS TOOK THEM BACK AFTER PHOTOS SENT AND LEFT ME WITHOUT A CASE REFUNDED ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT BLOCKED MY PNONE CALLS LEFT ME WITH AN ANGRY CUSTOMER WHO DID NOT GET HIS SYSTEM LEFT ME £100 DOWN ON THE BUILD NOT HAPPY PLENTY OF COMPANIES WHO SUPPLY CASES DONT USE XCASE YOU WILL REGRET IT THEY WILL NOT REASON WITH YOU AND SENT A LETTER AND STILL REFUSED TO ADMIT LIABILITY
Unable to even keep track of my orders
Had some initial problems, however after a slightly difficult time trying to find some contact details I was able to e-mail them.
There was some e-mails which stated it hadn't been shipped yet I had an e-mail saying it was on Friday, and then shortly after writing this they sent an e-mail saying actually it had...
Later on they sent a slightly rude e-mail which they could of asked why my review was the way it was, so slight let down their.
Also the case which arrived, even though I thought it wouldn't at about 16:00 and it seems some of the screw fittings are misaligned by a few millimetres which resulted in some DIY to correct it.
Quality should be checked as the screw holes shouldn't of been so bad the metal needed to be bent in order to actually get the screw to fit the hole.
Overall, I will reconsider using them if I find a better store or they don't change their tone about their reviews, no subject from a customer support should start with "What !!!" and they also need to check that their information is correct before sending several e-mails saying it's not been shipped and then actually it has, it's very confusing...
