Infact i traded the ndb xchief forex broker 30lot bouns but i found there is problem in counting my turnover traded lots from two days only 0.70 and 4.10 and they count it 2.40 i dont know i didnt break the conditions so i leave my review here only the customer support reply to you with contions and thats not solve the counting ...

This broker automatically opens trades late at night. When I set a stop loss, it doesn’t get triggered, and the trade closes with a large loss.

On [02/02/2026], I requested a crypto withdrawal of $5,365 via TRC20 from my account with [Broker Name], which was marked Approved.
After approval, unauthorized deposits and trades were executed on my account without my consent, leading to the complete loss of my balance.
I did not authorize any activity after the withdrawal request, and MetaTrader had already been uninstalled.
I am requesting:
A thorough investigation of the unauthorized activity.
Immediate recovery of my funds or a clear explanation from the broker.
This complaint is submitted publicly to warn other traders and to pressure the broker into resolving this serious security breach immediately.

This broker is a complete scam. I finished the 30-lot no-deposit challenge, but their system refused to credit my reward. On top of that, they have huge spreads and a terrible support team.
Honestly, don’t trust them — I absolutely do NOT recommend this broker.

A reliable broker I trust with large sums of money. I've never had any issues with withdrawals.

I opened a cent account to test the strategy. The conditions were even better than those of some ECN brokers. Once my deposit increases, I plan to upgrade to a standard account.

This broker, if you don't log into your account for a few months, you'll see that they're moving your money around and I'm not tied down anywhere. That's exactly what happened to me, and they weren't accountable at all.

Welcome to the one platform where customer service only response on review but not on problems on there platform. Gmail no response the only thing there have is a live bot that doesn't give a reason answer on telegram and live chat. So if you have any problems just forget about them helping you.

I had a terrible experience with xChief broker. Their platform is unreliable, constantly freezing during trades, and the spreads are much higher than advertised. Customer support is practically useless — slow to respond and often gives copy-paste answers that don’t solve anything. However, there is one thing I personally don’t like — the crypto withdrawal fees. For example:

TRC20: 2 USDT

BEP20: 3 USDT

ERC20: 7 USDT

In reality, the actual blockchain fee is much lower. For example, BEP20 transaction fees on the Binance Smart Chain are generally around $0.10 or even less. I also use other brokers where the crypto withdrawal fee is zero, so this high charge feels unnecessary.

If the withdrawal fees could be reduced to match the real blockchain costs, this broker would be even better.

They are scammers who stole my money, it was little more, with the same amount I deposited in several other brokers I operated in 5 at the same time, Xchief delayed several operations and took down several others of mine, I will show the evidence to the competent bodies that this broker must use software to harm people. I HAVE MORE THAN 10K IN BALANCE IN OTHER BROKERS ALREADY, while the deposit I made of 150 Xchief stole from me. Be careful with this broker, they do not seem to be honest at all.
