Absolutely appalling service, parcel never arrived at first they said it was delivered to a neighbour but no idea which one contacted delivery company who would only deal with xenon bulbs who refused to deal with problem and continued to ignore emails a manager called Adam was meant to be dealing with it well had no reply for three weeks now I hope other customers don’t have the same issue as I did as I’ve lost out on nearly £300 and having to take them to a small claims court now AVOID AVOID AVOID

Bought a D2H HID kit with ballast as of the bulbs I had, had blown. Not many places sell these particular types of Bulbs so was pleased when it arrived so quickly. Working great so far. Only thing I’d like is if they had a higher Kelvin rating option.

After 10 years a Xenon bulb failed on my Volvo

The advice I received in getting the correct bulb was absolutely top notch. Including the advice to swap the good bulb over with the bad to confirm it is the bulb not the ballast. The fact they were nearly less then half the price from anywhere else was a bonus.
They arrived in less than 24hours from placing the order. I fitted 2 new bulbs, perhaps they are slightly brighter than the old ones. Very pleased.

My car handbook said because of the high voltage you should get the dealer to change them. Absolut rubbish. No idea how it could be possible to come in contact with high voltage even if you wanted to. Look on You Tube. I found then easer to change, then changing my wiper blades.
