terrible customer service

Whilst in the ordering process the black friday discount was removed.

As I was in the process of submitting the order, I had to refresh the webpage due to a website glitch. After refreshing the website the time passed 12pm and the discount was no longer effective. I reached out to the customer service / Jeffrey. He couldn't care less about the situation. Whilst I provided screenshot as evidence.

Overall a terrible attitude towards customers. And absolutely no intend to attract new customers.

I rather spend my money elsewhere..
