My phone has gone on to white screen

Xgody No 1 pro has been atrocious from day 1. Initially couldn't hold a WiFi connection, even if it was 2.4 Ghz. It doesn't have a proper Android version, only a custom ROM that can't be upgraded. Asked xGody (in Germany I believe) support for a new one. They said no can do if you bought it on eBay. Many websites won't communicate with it as it gets flagged as rooted. Very slow and now the touch screen has failed. One side is dead and the rest of it is at best random. Did a factory reset and screen still dead so it is now officially bricked. Thank God it's gone. Will never buy one again.

After years of successful internet shopping I walked into a disaster here. I bought an Xgody tablet and was so pleased I bought another for my wife. They were well priced but not cheap so I was surprised when the second one failed to start after only 6 weeks. While waiting for a response from Xgody, the second tablet failed after seven weeks. I should have called here first!

Technical back up is extremely poor. the xcody36 phone does not support NFC (contactless payment). It is cheap rubbish.

After 6 months Tablet batteries are overheating. They offer a 1 year warranty. I asked to have it replaced or repaired. They offered a discount on next product. I don't want to buy another product if they are unreliable.

Only a G2 network which will be discontinued at the end of the year with O2 network.
O2 sim is G5 but phone only compatible with G2 network.
Therefore not worth the money paid.

Feature packed and very cheap, but would not work with my Three mobile SIM, in either SIM slot. I tried a second Three SIM, same result. Works OK with an EE SIM, but my personal number is with Three.
Still trying to work out some of the features as it is far from intuitive.
As a 'phone, I cannot recommend this XGODY S200.

Edit. I've realised that this is a 2G 'phone, which is why it will only work on a 2G network. 2G is being slowly switched off in the UK. It did say 2G in the description but I didn't notice it, because who would sell a 2G only 'phone in the UK today?
Apart from this severe limitation, it has several useful functions such as an FM radio and replays my MP3 recordings.

XGODY Q17 tablet - budget price, you get wHat you pay for. The battery constantly overheats if you play games - games like Color Block Jam etc. Response from the seller says that it's not made for playing games -convenient response, not mentioned in the blurbs. Trying to look at a catalogue online, tried 6 times, but the screen jumps all over the place, can't get past the second page. Often the screen will jump around before my finger touches it. My husband, who bought 2 of these, finds the same problem.
It is more trouble than it's worth and I strongly recommend people to look elsewhere. This tablet is very frustrating to use due to it's inefficiency. Even writing this review has been difficult as the screen jumps off this tablet.

Just Purchased A Xgody Mate 60 Smart Phone.Did Not Work At All.Connective Issues Could Not Make Any Phone Calls It Wouldnt Connect To Anything.I Should Of Checked Reviews Before Purchasing.I Went To To See All Reviews,It was Only Two Positve The Rest Bad.I Went To Look Again And They Have Taken Down The Bad Reviews.

The xgody projector i recently bought had exposed wires protruding from the back of the power jack plug. My daughter had a 240 volt electric shock when she tried to connect it.

I bought a XGODY 4.0K 10.26" Touch Dash Cam Wireless CarPlay Dual Car Recorder Android Auto GPS which is basically a screen for your car with reversing camera and multimedia functions.

I bought it on an official eBay shop “xstore003”
They sold me a defective unit that broke some months after it was purchased.

- They sell very cheap/defective/malfunctioning/unreliable products that require costly complex installation and will break only a few months after purchase.

- They don’t have a service network or any kind of assistance in Australia.

- They are fully based in China and take forever to reply messages. When they do it looks like you get involved in a bargain conversation when you try to convince them to take accountability and they ask you for money.

- The warranty period is not enough to cover the time it takes the devices to eventually stop working

- They will try to charge you money to send you any parts required to test the device. For example, if the power source stopped working because of its terrible quality they charge you for a new power source!

RUN AWAY from eBay “XStore003” as a seller and XGody products. They are just not good enough for Australian standards.

Bought XGody Tablet on 29th Nov 2024. It seemed to work OK (as reflected in my Feedback). After 19 weeks it just "died" - unable to switch it on / reset / force restart it.
Just got a ping pong of Msgs telling me various things to try, and me responding that it did not work. They never paid attention to what I was asking and just kept going around in circles (probably hoping I would get exhausted and give up).
They should be banned from selling in UK as they do not provide merchantable goods, do not honour the Warranty and cannot appreciate UK Law and etiquette. An absolute sham.

V50 phone has a completely useless camera, avoid if you like taking photos

My new xmas present V50 phone wont allow incoming or outgoing calls. And it is a phone

XGODY Dashcam that only records when it feels like it! Bought a front and rear 4K dashcam on ebay. Comes with a 12 month warranty (allegedly). At first I was really pleased. It looks good, works well and the quality of the footage is very clear. The problem is that at random intervals it starts corrupting the files, rendering them useless. You think it is recording IT'S NOT! After an incident when you need the footage, you have junk instead that cannot be opened by any device or program. Seller just messing around with pathetic offers of a partial refund. It should last more than a few days! Don't waste your time and money on this rubbish. When you really need it, it will let you down. goldenteam1 tried to trick into accepting partial refund. ebay eventually sorted out a full refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Purchased dash cam and it has stopped working properly. Website states 180 day warranty, managed to get hold of them and they have done nothing. Customer service is absolutely appalling. They don’t understand UK trading laws. They will just take your money and supply a rubbish product…….

Got an XGODY mobile phone only to find they do not do phone cases for S24 model. I also cannot find any on all other sites. I suggest they do phone cases. HUGE disappointment

After having my Samsung S22 since release, it finally came to an end at the most inconvenient time (waiting for completion on our house move) So I needed a phone ASAP that can at least get me through till the New Year. Amazon had an offer for the Xgody Mate 70. After setting the phone up, I noticed a lag, put it down to downloading and updating apps. Then as I was logging into my social media, my emails kept pinging stating that a Huawei Mate 70 was logging in. I've had the phone for over a week now, and it's a pile of poop. Barely gets the job done. I can't even make a call without it having to be on speaker. Everything is utterly slow: loading apps, notifications don't pop up (even though it's set to), typing is off as it seems like the screen calibration is a problem. Photos are utterly terrible and blurry. I suppose this is what happens when buying a cheap phone.
