Just write an email, they won't reply to you anyway. They don't reply to emails. But how can you buy their products? Why don't you reply to emails? Does it cost money?

I purchase a Key Tool Plus and other pieces from your company Xhorse. Susie was very instrumental in assisting me with the purchase.
Because it was the first time I am dealing with a company as far as China, I reached out to Susie and she held my hands, literally, through the process, when I received the tool and proceeded to register it, and encountered some obstacles, after trying a few times without success, I again reached out to the “Angel” Susie, and as before there she was, spending hours holding my hands again until I got the registration process correct, now I am up and running.

I recently was searching on an online shopping site to buy a key cutter and found the Xhorse Dolphin XP-005L. The decided to visit the supplier website and discovered the item on sale is cheaper buy directly. I was very sceptical as the online shopping guarantees your money back. I then made contact with Susie from Xhorse VVDI whom ensured me that purchasing directly from them is safe an my order shipped within 24 hours. Considering that i live in the most Southern part of South Africa there was much doubt in my mind as my order was the Xhorse Dolphin XP-005L and key reader. Best company for supplying auto solutions

I bought a vvdi2 commander when they first came out 2015.... xhorsevvdi shipped it immediately... fast forward 2022... i had bind the vvdi2 to a phone number that i didn't have any longer and needed help unbinding device... we talking about customer service xhorseVVDI
was there to help 7 years later.... that's customer service at is BEST

Cant even register the app does not send a code. Im finding customer service extremely slow so far. Not being able to tegister your product is ridiculous

The tool i bought is quite clever and good
Some issues with some bits but hopefully that gets sorted

I purchased this via ebay and they are all the same sellers so irrelevent where it was purchased . The app is a bit messy could do with making it neater and more user friendly although not too bad.

Get a proper team to be there for the users and fix any issues alot quicker as if something goes down you need a quick reponse with these type of products
