This company is a Scam! Don't buy anything from them!

This company claimed to sell original, brand-new products. We received a promotional email from tina from xinbaiyi.net
, which conveniently featured a component we needed. At the time, we explicitly told them that if the components were not new and original, they must refund us and cover the testing fees—to which they agreed.

After a long wait, we paid and finally received the products. However, they refused to provide a specific pickup address for SF Express, forcing us to wait until they sent a staff member personally to deliver the goods to the testing company.

The test results were shocking: Xinbaiyi had sold us used and refurbished products, not new ones. The testing report even includes photographic evidence.

When we contacted them to request a refund and to cover the testing fees, they flatly denied responsibility, insisting that they only sell new products. They then blacklisted us, preventing any further communication via email. Even calling Tina’s phone number is useless—receptionists answer calls but refuse to assist in any way.

Do not trust the trade references they provide. When we verified with the companies listed, many denied ever trading with Xinbaiyi. This is an unreliable, dishonest, and dangerous company. There’s no wonder an Indian company had publicly reported them online before.

Avoid doing business with Xinbaiyi. Cooperating with them will only lead to loss, wasted time, and frustration.
