Order and return of doors
I ordered some doors which were delivered promptly. Unfortunately, I had made a mistake in measuring, so I had to return the doors. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This will be my new favorite building center.

Firewood that hasn't been dried long enough...
I ordered one pallet of air dried Ash firewood. I simply cannot keep the fire going. I have serious doubts that the wood has been dried properly...
So I go over to Lyngby Tommerhandel and present the problem. They tell me it is air dried and has to stand a year before you can use it. I have, for many years cut firewood for my self. I am well aware fresh cut wood needs to stand for a year.
BUT you don't sell people a pallet of firewood that needs to stand a year WITHOUT MARKING IT as fresh cut! I went in from XLByg's main page, where the wood was advertised, and there was NO STATEMENT THAT IT NEEDED TO STAND A YEAR!
Basically they told me tough luck. I will NEVER use Lyngby Tommerhandel again, for anything. Even though it is only a few minutes from my house!
One more thing: Terrible customer service! Use Silvan, Bauhuas, because once these guys get your money. Tough Luck!

Good at keeping the client informed. Respect delivery time. No parts were missing in the delivered product. Only minus: the installtion intructions for the product I purchased could have been more detailed
