Sorry for the interruption in service, we are experiencing technical difficulties. I should have the issue isolated and fixed within 6 days.
In the meantime, if you require immediate access to your balance you can download the monero GUI or CLI directly from getmonero.org and sync your wallet on your computer.

I followed the owner's instructions as above only to realize that my 17.44 XMR was all gone.

I looked at my financial establishment, and the 17.44 XMR did in fact transfer to XMRwallet.com on March 8th. I have both the TxID & TX Key.

I then also checked with walletmymonero and was able to confirm that my balance is 0.00.

Their website is not listing any maintenance warnings, if they are actually having such a big sync problem.

Very unprofessional to say the least. I'm afraid this is an exit scam. Nathalie Roy owner (wikipedia/Nathalie_Roy) better come up with a big apology & a much more detailed explanation.

Stuck syncing like other reviews. Trying to contact support. Will update.

Whatever you do, do NOT try to use this wallet. I created one this morning and initiated a transfer to my wallet. Since then I have been UNABLE TO ACCESS MY FUNDS. At first I couldn't even log in for a couple hours because it says server was down. Now, for five straight hours I have been trying over and over, literally dozens of times for it to sync the "Height". Currently the blockchain height on Monero is 2,574,675. It slowly makes progress syncing that height but it NEVER GETS TO THE END! The closest I have gotten is 2,232,000 or so, but every time, no matter how many times I login and try to let it sync it never completes. It always gets stuck somewhere before the end and will not move or make further progress no matter how long I wait.

When I log out and log back in, it still shows the previously stuck progress anywhere from 1 to 6 times and I have to keep trying for it to even start over and then wait again. I have literally been spending all day long and this and I can still not access my funds. This wallet will not sync. It is either an out and out scam, or this company has no idea what they are doing and they have a piece of s*** wallet that you SHOULD NEVER USE! What an enormous aggravation to start my week off with. I'm just wondering if this wallet is ever going to sync or if I have been scammed and lost the funds I sent to this wallet.

By the way, the company is not responding to support emails.

Update: Apparently this was a bug they were experiencing. I heard from support and they said that "this is something that only happens sometimes" and they were trying to fix it. Just my luck that I would try using the wallet when they have this issue.

Apparently they sorted it out, because my wallet FINALLY finished syncing, which felt so triumphant I almost feel like I should pop a bottle of champagne. What an aggravation this was today. I'm updating review to 3 stars. At this point I'm just happy I got in the wallet and was able to access my funds. I had a sick feeling that my funds were gone. However I'm not going to give more than three starts because of the obvious. I wouldn't use them again, but I'm thankful it's not a complete scam. It is just obviously not run my pros and they need better programmers.

Best monero wallet in 2022. Contrary to what others have said, xmrwallet.com is the best xmr wallet that I've used to date. Definitely going to continue using this wallet.

I like XMRWallet because it's simple, no-frills, and all the features I need are right there in one page.

Have used this wallet many times without issue however for the last week no funds arrived. The site is not syncing....takes a long time and just spins. Complained at Github but no response. Malwarebytes may be the issue blocking the site. They should register with them to fix the problem. Be careful until the issue is resolved.

Follow up: I sent 1 dollar on a new created XMRwallet to test the onion blockchain. It arrived many hours later: sent>2021-12-19, 8:44:37 a.m.
arrived>2021-12-19, 6:23:29 p.m My original test on my main wallet has never arrived. 4 days ago.

Second Followup: Have a support person contact me. I have all the code hash links and dates for XMR on onion of send but not received. Onion Explorer have confirmed that the issue is not on their chain but the issue is with the XMRwallet. You can check their GitHub.

Third Followup: Sent reporting information to Trustpilot for verification of issue today.

Keeping things simple is key.

I love how xmrwallet.com keeps things super simple but provides the necessary features to keep things private and secure.

No issues at all. Very happy and pleased with the platform and wallet.

Probably fishing scam, all funds were stolen. I can't blame xmrwallet.com because it could happen by other reasons, but anyway, don't use web wallet, use local wallet.

I really like its simplicity. I find other wallets are too complicated and a waste of time. XMRWallet.com definitely gets the job done.

Why are people calling this wallet a scam?
I've been using xmrwallet.com since 2019.
Never lost a single 0.00000000XMR
Developers probably put a hard work making and maintaining this web wallet.
Just go with mymonero.com if you dont trust this wallet.
Dont put false review on the internet and confuse other people.

I thought a lot of these reviews were bots or something but they are not, site got me for $750... Sty away and do not use. I for one am seeking redemption so if you work for xmrwallet.com and see me coming, RUN!!
