When trying to add a domain name to an existing certificate, the cost indication jumped up almost 900% in the last of 5 steps of the registration flow. When trying to contact xolphin about this, my online support inquiry was apparently ignored.

I then tried to contact support by phone. Sales never picked up after several attempts, and technical support only wanted to transfer me back to sales. If something does change, I will update this review. As it stands, I wouldn't recommend Xolphin to anyone

Worst support I've ever seen. Validation team doesn't know what to do to issue the certificate. Nobody wants to help. If you are looking for the certificate avoid this company.

This company was once outstanding, but now the experience is marred by strong Indian accents and poor call quality. Extremely disappointing.

We are working with Xolphin as a partner for many years. It was a good company with a good staff which answer very quickly. After they were bought Sectigo it became a nightmare to work with Xolphin. We have a problem almost with each order even if it is a DV certificate! Nobody replies on our messages. If you call to support nobody solve the problem. I do not know for what this company exists.
