Good product. I like my original Xootr in some ways more. This is my second Xootr. I eventually wore out the front forks on my first one.The new one has less ground clearance than the old one due to the new designed deck. I bottom out on places I never did before on my commute. This is a definite hazard at low speed on uneven sidewalks. Not a big fan of having to touch the button with my hand to open the scooter. Found opening the scooter with my foot to be awkward & unreliable. Using my hand to open & close is the best way. For a positive, the craftsmanship is top notch & you can buy replacement parts. Scooter should be durable like my original one.

service is absolutely convenient, best fees and very fast transfer time (against other options).
however UX on site is improvable, especially about:
- adding a new beneficiary / address (even without starting a transfer)
- potential misacting from "quick sending" column/section

Lost a leg but found the dream scooter! I’m an amputee and I use my Xootr traveling 2.5 mile to and 2.5 miles from school every weekend in NYC in lower Manhattan going to @instatute of culinary education NY. No streets are worse than NYC but the Xootr delivers a smooth ride regardless of the road conditions. I’d buy a Xootr again and again but you don’t have to you buy it once and and you’ve got reliable transportation for miles to come. Xootr made this amputees dream of going culinary school a reality! Just try one I dare you. You will be hooked. The stability and smooth ride is unbelievable. I'm 6'5 about 280 and this thing is a tank. I absolutely love it.
I park far away from everything so I can ride my Xootr around. I'm really blown away at the quality.

Xootr is simply the best. I've tried the adult version of the Razor, Cityglides, the Oxelo Town 9, a couple of (expensive) electric scooters, and some others. Xootr crushes them all. None of the competitors that I've tried has the same build quality. The closest is the Oxelo, but its bearings still provide nothing like the glide one gets on a Xootr and the handle bar extension of the Oxelo is under-engineered. The Oxelo also costs more. Go figure. And, then, there's the customer service. If your Xootr develops a problem, Xootr will always go the extra mile to get it fixed up in a hurry. Replacement parts are always available (even for older models) and inexpensive. Staff are polite and responsive. I've had my Xootr for more than 15 years, and I use it every day in my commute to work. I really don't think anything else I own has given me as many hours of service for less money and with less hassle than my Xootr. Yes, Xootrs are an investment but not one you'll regret, especially if you need a scooter upon which you can depend.

Bought a Xoot, use it everyday to get to work. Great scooter, very solid and even trust it for curb jumps!

Simply put, in my humble opinion, Xootr scooters are the best designed and best built adult kick scooters on this planet. We're talking top quality here. In the couple years I've owned them, and I now own several, I have scooted many miles and they have performed flawlessly. I have yet to have a single problem with any of my Xootr scooters.The Xootr team obviously take scooters seriously and take great pride in their work. Seriously, I only have one problem with my Xootr scooters and that is when I'm out kicking around on them I never want to stop, I just want to keep going and going, YES, they are that fun and enjoyable to me (I'm 53yrs young). I've been caught in the dark several times and have had to invest in an headlamp. I highly recommend Xootr scooters to anyone considering the purchase of an adult kick scooter.

I love my Xooter. It has made my days go much smoother. I ride to work everyday with my 10 year old son on board. I drop him off at school than go to work. I even use it for daily shopping. The Xooter easily caries small bags on the handle

This is a great company, they are very helpful.

This scooter is very sturdy which is great. I've found that mine creaks a lot which is really annoying. I will say that the customer service is excellent.

For this price point I was hoping for something that felt premium and sturdy. I got sturdy, but not the premium feel.

Xootr makes a superb product. Their Xootr Mg kick scooter is the perfect vehicle for me, at 78, to use for balance, leg strength, and exercise.... as well as to extend my travel range from public transportation stops.

I love my Xooter. This is the fourth one I've bought!

Guys. Terrific product. I have owned about 4 so far - Venus, Roma and the Street. The newest Roma has the new closing feature without the pin. My experience is that it rarely, but occasionally sticks to close - and less often - open. This can be inconvenient. Suggest some help on how to lubricate, etc. on the closing mechanism. Otherwise, built like a tank and I have put a couple thousand miles on mine. I wish you had an electric coming in the future. I think that is a more popular option for many people with less energy than some of us. As for me, I love you as you are - just need that new closing mechanism to be a wee bit more smooth.
