Ive not had the best experience

Ive not had the best experience
there is always an issue or error with voucher redemption on xoxoday. worse part is that it takes 6-48hrs for them to fix.
This makes Tremendous not credible enough and I hope there's some level of effort put in by xoxoday, at least 6 month straight of service with no redemption error or userds having to contact support for their vouchers.

I was not able to download gift certificates...

I was not able to download gift certificates I received from my work. In the email it clearly stated: validity and expire period is 120 months. I received gifts from my company right before I delivered a baby and so I went on parental leave. After 1 year I was back, - all links suddenly expired despite on it says in the email that validity is 120 months. Customer support only says that once links expired, they can't do anything. They don't bother to explain WHY links are expired despite on opposite information in the email with voucher. They don't bother to fix the links. I'm very disappointed.
