I would just go away from this company and never buy from them.. they sent us e-bicycle without properly working keys, their CEO Momo Stanic who presented himself as representative for Xplorer, was laying that he sent us new keys, etc.. just do not buy from them.

I really do not recommend this brand for your e-bike.

I've bought a foldable xplorer mini E-Bike through Amazon. To start, the ad there says it weights 13,8kg; the manual says 14kg and it actually weights 15,8kg. I was disappointed as one of the reasons why I chose that model was the advertised weight. CS apologized and said they'd review the weight/ ad/ manual. After a few DAYS of use, some small plastic parts started to break up, including the display holder, which is made of very cheap / bad quality plastic and the holder does not support the pressure of its own screws to keep it on place. If you contact their CS they'll inform you that, although it's an essential part of the bike, there's no way to easily replace it and you'd have to do a "then I fixed it" solution yourself. Still I was being patient because I really need the bike to go to work (I only used it for going home to the station, then work and the way back) until I literally almost got ran over by a car because the cheap pedal broke when the traffic light turned green and I put my weight (65kg) on it to get the starting impulse... Luckily the car beside me wasn't fast enough yet so the driver managed to stop. Of course after this last and dangerous drop I've contacted CS again to ask for a full refund, as the product is heavier, bad quality and dangerous, absolutely not reliable. They've refused to; they even had the courage to try to charge me for THEIR FAULTY CHEAP QUALITY display I've complained just a few days before!!! Plus they will ask you to pay for the returning expenses and they're waaay more expensive than the already expensive shipping costs you've paid when purchasing it. Besides, they sent me an email basically saying I'm lying and that I'm the only dissatisfied customer ever! I had no other option rather than ask for Amazon support and file a claim.
Don't buy this bike. Don't buy their products. They're cheap, bad quality, not reliable, dangerous and will start to fall apart after a couple of weeks of use. And their CS will turn your experience into a nightmare.
