I recently worked with jack at Xplorer …

I recently worked with jack at Xplorer Xpedition and was very pleased with his persistence to make sure my needs were met. With the death of my spouse, I needed to change my flight schedule and with both my difficulties and changes by the airlines, Jack had to put a great deal of effort into making it come together. He did that with compassion and knowledge. He made an extremely difficult situation work. I am grateful.

You guys are good and doing a wonderful job.

You guys are good and doing a wonderful job. You guys helped me a lot with my flight booking, which I was finding difficult to arrange. Everything was as expected and the process was smooth. Thanks again.
