DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The pictures they advertise on their site are false. They are scammers. I paid $87 for a dress and what I received was a pile of scrap. VERY VERY POOR QUALITY MATERIAL, WRONG COLOUR DRESS which look nothing like what they advertised. I contacted them immediately after receiving the dress (5 emails) for a full refund and no response from them. STAY AWAY! Do not purchase from this company!

I purchased three dresses from Xpluswear, but unfortunately, two of them did not meet my expectations. The stitching was subpar, the material was of inferior quality, and the sleeves were attached to the bodice. Despite my efforts to return the dresses after weeks of waiting for a response, I was only allowed to do so after the third dress arrived. I was required to cover the shipping costs, but unfortunately, I never received a refund. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and convinced that Xpluswear is a fraudulent company. Their website, which advertises plus-size clothing, is misleading. Plus-size women already face significant challenges in finding appropriate clothing, and Xpluswear appears to be exploiting this vulnerability. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money on this company.

My experience is not complete
My experience is not complete, but so far it has been horrible. I ordered an outfit which took nearly a monthto arrive in between that time. I correspondent through text about four times getting the response. It was on the way then getting a date that was after the date for my event. I asked them to cancel because the outfit would be of no use to me. The outfit arrive to my house a week after my event. This company advertisement is to satisfy the customer. I am not satisfied because now they sent me the outfit and they are asking me to pay for shipping it back to them and asking me to except only 30% of my money back for an outfit that I paid full price for I don’t think that’s where ever shop again or encourage anyone else to shop? I don’t need to have a coupon to shop next time. I just need 100% of my money back, especially when the company was told because of the delay the item was not needed

Delayed refund

Misleading
Pictures and descriptions were not what I received. The items were cheap. I ordered some formal dresses and they were more like cheap Halloween costume gowns and material. Plus I knew I would not be able to return as the website says no refunds for misinterpreted color as well as sizing issues. They mention they would return for things such as issues with stitching. This is stupid to me and I'm sure they'll lose more money. Just tear some of the stitching and then return. Now they won't be able to resell.

I mistakenly ordered the black instead of the champagne dress and I asked to cancel. They helped me with the exchange and it turned out to be exactly what I wanted! Im definitely coming back to but more! Delivery tool a month though, but I expected that given where it was coming from. Overall great experience!
