What a nice guy
What a nice guy, good sense of humour and a load of patience. Took the time to answer all my questions, and I asked a lot to not end up ordering everything I was looking at. In the end I went for website upgrades and SEO work to be carried out. So far it has been fantastic.

What can I say about xscent apart from the below
Dee Jake and his team are outstanding people helpful and go above and beyond every time you need something done with out then we wouldn’t have the structure we have in place now to get our day to day stuff done also the stuff they do is stunning and brillant
I would advise anyone to use xscent every time all of this team have brillant skill sets which is good and dee himself just represents his company as well Jake and the rest of

Do not use this company
After over a month of fighting for the the products to be delivered with varying excuses I was told it was coming from there other HQ in Norfolk turns out that this company has nothing to do with them just they have the same products there’s no contact details for them only email and now the scents where delivered without the labels I was told these are coming separately 2 weeks later they still didn’t arrive and it’s my responsibility apparently I’m out of pocket having to buy the missing things from the other supplier it seems I’m not the only one with this issue judging by there Etsy page

Hi Ben, many thanks for the review! I'm sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with your order you placed on 14th Feb 2022 - not quite a month of fighting yet ;)!! From what I can see the original item was shipped on 15th Feb 2022 Tracking: NL859951011GB You contacted us on 21st Feb 2022 as the item had not yet arrived after a bit of back and fourth with royal mail we organised replacements and these were sent on 22nd Feb 2022 via first class delivery, these have been delivered! There is a claim pending with royal mail which we have not yet had settled, they advise us that the original order could still arrive so have to allow the allocated time frame to pass, BUT we already sent replacements as want to keep all our customers happy!! We upgraded them to silver alloy bottles rather than the clear plastic which you purchased. We also confirmed with you that the alloy bottles would be sent with only the fragrance names as you needed them for an event that weekend, you agreed that would be OK and the custom labels would be sent onto you separately. These have been sent via royal mail on the 3rd March 2022 so I would expect them to arrive any day. Regarding the 1 star review on etsy from October 2020 for a £1.99 air freshener which they never received, this has been fully refunded 2 years ago!! You can see from the great reviews below we always look after our customers. I believe you have been dealing with Jake on this matter and from what I can see has gone above and beyond to resolve any issues that you have had with our company. I had a recommendation off Facebook to use Xscent for some personalised show plates for my detailing business. From start to finish the professionalism shown is outstanding, Dee tried to help iron out some issues with the original design to no avail as the previous designer wouldn’t let us have the files, so redesigned the company logo for a very minimal fee.
Amazing end result. For These guys and girls nothing is too much trouble. Excellent company. *****
