I used to use Xtra vision a lot when I was a kid in the 00s purely because there was no where else in my town you could get movies and games. Both renting and buying overpriced movies was the norm but looking back now you realize just how much of a scam the place really was and still is. Anyone willing to purchase anything from this company should have their head examined. I haven't bought anything from Xtra vision since before 2009 for a good reason. Then Netflix came in and destroyed the company. Do not use this company for games console or buying games there are many better alternatives. Honestly I'm surprised this company still exists in 2021. Should have died off years ago.

Pre-ordered Uncharted 4 Ps4 game in March 2015, relaease date finally arrived 10 05 16 so contacted xtravision regards delivery and received an email back to tell they had cancelled my order due to stocking problems.
They are selling this game at full price on their site.
AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I ordered a DVD boxset as a Christmas present and was given a delivery time-frame of 2-4 days, which should have been a week before Christmas. The item didn't arrive until a week after Christmas, rendering the order useless. I contacted them to return the item for a refund, received slow and woeful 'service' and hopeless advice on returning the item. They actually said to write 'return to sender' on the item (a bulky dvd boxset) and pop it in the postbox.
I paid to have it sent back to them properly and have since tried several times to contact them about the refund they owe me and have not heard a thing from them whatsoever. I've not had a penny back and am now going through my bank to retrieve the money. Abysmal service; I've never experienced anything like it.

Avoid this company, they should be banned from trading!!

I ordered from Xtravision main site for the first time, my order placing was easy and goods dispatched after a few days, took a further week to arrive but when i opened box the item was clearly used. It was a blu ray steelbook with no shrink wrap, stickers for digital copy removed, very worn card cover and scratch on the steelbook itself, so its obviously not new. Nowhere on their site or order does it state it was used, all items listed are supposed to be new from looking at their site. Unfortunately after using their online support form ive heard nothing back for 4 days and having looked on here at reviews im not too hopeful. Avoid this company, I would have if I had seen this site reviews sooner.

OMG. This has got to be the worst company ever. Ordered a DVD for my daughter birthday and it said 3 to 4 days. Didn't arrive. Now 3 weeks and not heard. I have sent 3 emails! No reply. Tried to call, but got recorded message where they give 2 emails addresses, and one bounces back. DO NOT USE.
Going to report them to trading standards if I dont get DVD soon

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Awful customer service, phones are "down for maintenance" and never a reply to the email. safe to say my £90 i spent is gone ! SHOCKING

Ordered a Ps4 game, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege on the 25/12/15 , and it stated "Standard Post 2-5 working days" , its now the 7/1/16 and I've yet to receive the game or a reply as I've emailed them and asked for a refund because it still says "Status : Processing order" so they've not even posted the item yet. AVOID at all costs as you would rather pay a little more but have a customer service that exists.

Do not use this company. They ignore contact of any kind and at a time when all we are looking to get are out Christmas gifts. Oh and after they take the money too.

Emailed twice and left voicemail after failed attempts to speak to anyone on the customer service number.

All I want is someone to come back to me with information or offer me a refund if they are unable to deliver what I have ordered and paid for. Ordered on 7th Dec and still waiting.

Come on xtravision you have my contact us form and a voicemail, please get back to me!!

I wish I'd read the reviews on this website before ordering a blu ray. I ordered an item on the 4th December and they said it was dispatched on the 8th and would take 2 - 5 working days. I'm still waiting. Nobody answers the phone or the online 'contact us' form. I then emailed them and received a standard reply that they don't do anythng for 15 working days and then then can claim a refund from Royal Mail for for non-delivery. - which is not really the point - they should re-dispatch rather than waiting until they can claim against Royal Mail. They also take the money straight away as soon as it is 'dispatched' rather than when it is delivered. The most frustrating thing is that you can't get through to anyone and they don't seen to care.

Placed an order for 3 DVDs on the 2nd, delivery specified as 4-5 working days. Still no DVDs and 2 emails to Customer Service with no response.

Ordered 2 items that were apparently shipped 9 days ago with a 2-5 working day delivery. Messaged their Facebook page today (so can see it was read 6 hours ago!) still no response! Very worried after seeing below response!

Never ever in my life have I experienced such bad customer service. I spent over €400 on their online website. The ps4 console arrived swiftly by courier service but not the game I ordered. Luckily I checked the parcel as it is a Christmas present for my other half I was going to leave it in the box and wrap it as it is a surprise. After 2 days of trying to get in contact with anyone from customer service ( they never answer the phone ) I tried ringing the phone numbers provided on the tape on the box , no answer only voicemails. Sent an email of complaint , no reply. Eventually I spoke to a somewhat helpful person in customer services who then tells me the game was sent SEPARATELY by ordinary post !???? WHAT? How ridiculous when the ps4 had arrived by courier ( with no picking slip or advice note I will add). Apparently the games can be sourced from anywhere and sent from anywhere. So here I am a week later and still no game. I've been waiting and waiting for the post. I can only assume it is lost etc. I am absolutely disgusted that no one even bothered to tell me the game would come on a separate delivery it is awful
Customer service especially when customers are spending a lot of money. So disappointed , still waiting for the game and a resolve. Rang customer service 5 times today no answer, can't leave a voicemail so I all I can do now is wait for it to come or for anyone in customer service to actually answer my email or help me with this. Ideally I want a refund and I will take my business elsewhere I will never ever shop here again.

super fast delivery and product exactly as described. I Was a little concerned given other reviews, but my experience was excellent. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Six Blu rays ordered, only 5 arrived, all discs were filthy and covered with greasy fingermarks, like someone had been eating barbecue ribs while they were packing the discs!
This company does NOT reply to emails and just ignores any complaint in the hope that you will go away and stop bothering them by asking "Where`s my order".
Couldn`t care less attitude from this company.
UPDATE:
Two days after this review received a copy of the missing Bluray, which was pristine and spotless! and amazingly a email from them with an apology, so only fair to award an extra star. So reviews on Trustpilot do sometimes get a result.

I ordered an item from them and it never arrived.
I contacted them online and they didn't respond.
I contacted them again and their response went in my junk, they said they would resend the item and refund half the price.
Guess what? The item still didn't arrive and no refund has been received.
Don't trust these people with your business.

In no part of their advertising to they state the product is used - it's clearly used, adhesive still on it from sticker removal etc etc.
Poor - won't use it again. If I wanted used I'd purchase from ebay.

Ordered two items on my first visit to this site. One arrived bearing no resemblance to the item displayed on the website and was significantly inferior. When I asked for the correct item to be sent this was never in stock as an 'incorrect image appears to have been uploaded online', which, as the website includes no descriptions, is the only thing to base a purchase on. The second has gone missing in the post and as it is a limited edition I wanted a new one sent out as soon as possible in case it goes out of stock but can get no assurance that I am now going to be left without this too. Using this site has resulted in a disappointing gift for someone else and missing out on purchasing the items elsewhere. Just not reliable.

Ordered a DVD which was apparently shipped on the 11 March and I am still waiting, I have asked for a refund but they are ignoring me. I think they are acting fraudulently and everyone should avoid this company.
