Extremely Poor Customer Service
Placed my order a week ago for a pair of mens motorbike boots that were in stock. Got Invoice but not heard anything about delivery date. Chased after a week (this is a Christmas present) and no reply from Xtron Bikewear just a refund notification from Paypal. Extremely disappointing and shocking customer service to offer no explanation.

But I was pleasantly surprised at the hight quality and construction with removable baffles.A new product at secondhand prices no brainer. Even my biker mate was impressed. Communication excellent Addi dropped the product off . First class service 10 /10 will be going there to see what other products he has.
