We undertook a major renovation of our home, increasing the space by a half of the original area. XUL were creative, responsive and supportive througought the process, and we were (and remain)delighted wit the result.

It was a great experience working with the XUL team on our full house refurbishment project from start to finish. They were absolutely amazing at coming up with creative ideas and suggesting multiple designs to suit our needs and liking and produce the required drawings and documentation. They were also great at managing the building project and making sure it all turned out to our full satisfaction.

With a fantastic eye for design, creative home layouts and light-filled spaces, XUL helped us to bring our vision to life and achieve the dream home we had always hoped for. We are thrilled with the end result, and would happily recommend their services if you are looking for a high-end finish and clever use of light and space.

I asked XUL to help me redecorate my children’s bedrooms. They had fantastic ideas, were very professional and responsive with any questions I had and were an absolute pleasure to work with. XUL also connected me with an amazing, reliable builder who I would have otherwise never found as well as suppliers who I was unaware of. In summary, I couldn’t recommend XUL highly enough as they have great design ideas which achieve amazing results, great connections and are thoroughly enjoyable to work together with.

Fantastic Architect company. They get the balance right between listening to brief, stretching ideas and sticking to budget constraints. I would wholeheartedly recommend. And to top it all, they are a delight to deal with!

5 years after our project began, and now having experienced over 3 years of living in our much loved home, we look back on the numerous hours spent with Seba and his team at XUL recognising that our trust has been repaid many times over.
