We received the item on the next day, it packed really well and carefully. We did not receive Xupes tote bag, messaged Lizzie once again who promptly apologised and assured one would be sent out to us immediately. Firstly, as a director, it is your responsibility to manage complaints, cooperatively, with customers swiftly and attentively! To add, customers really shouldn’t have to ask to see a director twice!
I would like to address your reviews, I would suggest as a director you take the time to both evaluate and monitor your reviews. As you can see, these are largely from purchasers receiving items that have been entrusted to you by your clientele, giving you the opportunity to increase Xupes productivity in the first instance!
You have since reached out using vocabulary such as “ exceptional service” and/or “ highest regard”. However, you are still to follow up with a concise and accurate explanation of how, why, where & who USED & DAMAGED my unworn Hermes bag mauve 25 bag.
Finally, I would like to clarify that you did indeed give me three options.
Please note , I declined the first two options. As I said, I entrusted Xupes with a beautiful piece which got damaged whilst in your possession. Unfortunately, on your part, this trust was abused and mismanaged on several occasions. Naturally, I had no intention to continue, resume or pro-long a working partnership after such unacceptable service.
I confirm that you did not suggest an in house repair. A member of your trusted team disclosed this to me!
May I add, your suggestion to return the bag to Hermes and restore it to its original condition is ludicrous… the bag is now worn despite repairs!
We know, Xupes had no alternative, but to purchase the item outright, as not to do so, would have opened up an array of implications to Xupes. Your suggestion of “a gesture of goodwill” is insulting.
Should you wish to follow up with me directly, please ensure you have a full explanation to ensure we have mutual closure.
Its a matter of “principle”! Isnt it ?
