I cannot possibly speak highly enough of the customer service I received from this company; first from the lovely Lizzie and then Fiona whilst Lizzie was on holiday. They assisted me in buying the most spectacular vintage Chanel bag, which I absolutely ADORE and is now one of the favourites in my collection. Beware selling a watch to Xupes as it’s a scam in my experience. Having driven 2hr round trip and spend over 3 hours of my time. They massively low ball the offer made via email / phone. 2 different people give 2 different prices. Then having offered one thing there in person they then change their mind half way through the sale. Never again!!
Update. No bad language was used at any time nor any aggressive nature.
My experience was not as you stated at all therefore we shall agree to disagree.

Thank you for your review. Having discussed this matter internally I can see from all the email correspondence between yourself and the purchasing team they have been clear from the initial contact that this offer would be subject to inspection. This was mentioned again on email by Curtis and discussed on the telephone with Alex 29/09 (which I have listened back to on the recording) before your appointment. As stated in that call, if the Breitling that you have owned for the past 4/5 years needed a service and failed its timing test we would not be able to offer the quote of £2800, to which you agreed and was happy to make the journey. Once here we tested your watch with it falling outside of manufacturer tolerance, we offered to split the internal cost for this service with you, which you declined. At this point I would like to point out that you became aggressive using bad language and stating that you would write defamatory remarks online about us if we did not agree the top end of the quote. We have stayed consistent with our written and verbal communication on the potential cost of a service inhibiting us from offering the £2800 and do not feel that we have mislead you in any way.
