On 29/10/2018 I have ordered and paid with my Visa card 2 Atomic ski boots thrue the webpage xxlsports.at
The order processed OK and I have received email, that from 4-10 days my order will be ready to pick up at the store in Vienna /it was my choice/.
After 5 or 6 days I have received very short email from them, that they will cancel my order, because I have address "outside" of Austria.!!! ( I live in Bratislava - 60 km from the store ). Of course I sent email back with answer, that I am expecting to get the product /they still have it on the branch store!/. And in the email I wrote, that I have paid 199,80€ and I have no product and no money!!!
After that another email was sent to me, that they will return my money back by their partners product "Klarna".
Till today /another 3 days/ I still have No money on my account and No product.
I sent official complain to the headquatter customer service to Sweden - 3 days no answer!!!
It looks like I will lost my money!
NEVER ever buy products from them!!!

We are sorry to hear that.
Because of some law issues, we are not allowed to send products outside austria right now.
We also contacted Klarna and they told us that the process of returning the money could take up to 10 days.
We are very sorry for this.
