No refund, customer service needs an improvment
I live in Sweden and I am in shock that a Danish company can be so so bad in their costumer service. I return the expensive leather coat at 9 of december. Today is 13 of January and costumer service just reply with COPY PASTE message that refund takes 14 working days which already passed and which I already informed them about few times. I also asked for a help to track the order 3 different times without ANY HELP. You can not track your package to Poland by yourself.
I have proof of postage but not that this makes any difference. I will never ever purchase from this company again.
Edit 260219: I got help finally after around 6-7 emails to the company. My return parcel got lost but the company returned me my payment.
The sad side is that you need to beg for a help. This is not how you do a busseness. I lost an interest to order again which is pity, because they have a nice clothes.
