2 weeks of asking documents and telling me every time that they need more documents or what I have sent is wrong.
My accountant told me that all documents are fine and this people dosnt know what they are working with.

I have had my life savings placed in a YA bank online only account for many years and for the last year I have had problems making withdrawels and transferring funds to other accounts I am constantly being told that it is my fault for various technical reasons ???? these issues have caused significant economic stress and I have no problems with my other banks? following several complaints to authorities it would appear that its perfectly ok to not be able to access my own funds???? unbelievable!!!!!

First they had me travel to Copenhagen to have my passport copy signed for re-identification. Then suddenly I am locked out of my own account. They terminated all their electronic keys with a weeks warning. They offer no feasible solution for ever logging in again. Completely unacceptable.
