Nothing received one month after ordering?!

Wanted to repair my boat so I ordered and paid for repair parts from Yabonet - because they had the items in stock and would ship them out very fast.
Unfortunately, something went cleary wrong shipping. In any case I never received anything. Yabonet believes that that is YOUR problem and will do absolutely nothing except telling you to wait some more. Just how much more remains unclear. Too bad if you want to repair your boat in a week or two. In short, money gone, one month gone, no parts and nothing could be repaired.
If you think you are lucky, of if your order is optional equipment, go ahead and order with Yabonet. If you need something critical, my advice would be to buy elsewhere.

10/02/20: When all goes smooth even a bad webshop gets a great review. The difference between a bad and a good webshop become clear when problems need to be resolved.
Now, from the answer from Mr. Neumann, we can learn the following. First, for him a customer is by default a fraudster and cannot be trusted with renewed shipments of lost parts. He pretends that he only didn't send out a replacement for the item that was (confirmed!) lost after one week, but he didn't send out a replacement after two weeks, three weeks or a full month either. In short, he just waits for DHL to find the item, however long that takes. Contemplate what would happen when DHL does NOT find the item! In short, that his customer NEEDS his parts is clearly not all that important to him.
Second, he doesn't understand his own business model. That is, it is HIS job to guarantee that a customer receives what he ordered, and within the promised delays. Instead he blames DHL. Of course DHL failed but instead of understanding that that is HIS problem, he makes it the problem of the customer. He believes his only job is to get the item out of his own door, not on the doorstep of the customer.
Finally, I have to admit that he does reply to emails quickly. However, he does not follow up. Each time I had to ask what was happening and never did he send an update himself. Case in point: I did not receive my money back until 6th of Feb, and only after I complained that I had still not received it. Only then he found that for 'whatever reason' the initial refund had failed.

Die Bestellung wurde mit DHL nach Niederlande verschickt.
Leider ist die Sendung bei DHL im Auslandszentrum verschwunden.
DHL wurde mehrfach kontaktiert und war bemüht die Sendung zu finden, dies auch dem Kunden mitgeteilt.
Schade das kein Verständnis war, das wir aus Betrugsschutz nicht gleich eine Woche später eine neue Sendung schicken.
Auch wurde der ständige zeitnahe Kontakt nicht erwähnt.
Danke für die neg. Bewertung die eigentlich zu DHL gehört.
