Yale Doorman - flawed software/firmware

From using a Yale Doorman V2N with the Verisure module we have spent days resolving issues like "securitylock mode engaged" several times, where resolving the issue depends on resetting the device etc., needing to add users++ many times.

The last time the Doorman could not be reset as some config data seems to be preventing a "Factory Reset" operation. In my mind a Factory Reset should always be possible.

As the lock is now rendered useless we are forced to throw it away - loosing the NOK 4000 ($450) purchase price. Also, all the time spent trying to fix the issue means we cannot recommend Yale locking products.

If you are considering a Yale Doorman, I do recommend checking the Android PlayStore rating for the companion app and the comments for this apparently useless app.
