Good communication throughout. I got good service from Yandles. I bought two t track flip stops. They are of good quality, perfect for what I want them for at a competitive price.

I received my item very promptly, when I opened up the parcel my item was damaged, the packaging was perfect, so I believe it was a manufacturing fault. I contacted Yandle by email and received a reply very quickly. They informed me that the manufacturer would supply me with a replacement, which arrived the next working day. I would like to thank Sam Wilson who dealt with my issue, I was very impressed with his prompt response and customer service.

Good range of quality products what's not to like

I contacted the company about a jet drum sander. After discussing the merits of different brands I decided to order. Did this Monday morning and received a palleted delivery on Thursday morning. Whilst I have assembled he unit I have not yet had the opportunity to use it.

Oak slats for an old bench these are perfect. All the hard work is done for me really reasonable price and excellent quality. Ordered online on a saturday and My order was ready for collection Monday great service.

The items I purchased a 150mm skeleton clock was very good quality and I was very pleased with them,
But unfortunately when I received my order they had only sent 2 instead of the 3 I had ordered I did phone straight away and was told they would send the missing item out straight away after waiting 10 days still no delivery and was told it was lost by Royal Mail and they were now out of stock so I received my refunded today and noticed they were back in stock at a higher price very disappointing customer service and I feel very generous giving 3 stars

Earlier this year I wanted a tool rest for my Record Power lathe but it was out of stock at Yandles. There was an option to be emailed when stock arrived which I registered for. As promised the email arrived last week so I ordered the product and it was delivered in 2 days. Great service at a great price. That’s why I use Yandles.

Bought a Clifton No. 5 Bench Plane (Jack Plane) from Yandle & Sons Ltd. It was well-priced and delivered very efficiently. It’s a fantastic quality Sheffield-made tool and a thing of beauty. Was considering buying a pocket hole jig and when this one was on special offer it was too good to refuse. A great way to 'dip a toe' into the world of pocket hole joinery, it appears to me well made with everything you need to get started.
