Good customer service and responded to all my question quickly.

More than 20 orders over the last four years. It is my favorite website to shop. Their customer service is extremely prompt to reply, courteous, and quickly resolved my single issue.

When putting shoes in cart it stated "This item ships directly from manufacturer and might arrive 1 day later" so I purchased most expensive shipping possible. Order shipped clothing items, SHOES HAVENT EVEN SHIPPED YET.

The key word is "might" arrive one day later. "

GARBAGE. wont ever use again because I do not believe in lying by omission. Will gladly pay extra to order directly from Pleaser next time to ensure this company doesn't get my money since they are cool running the business like this. Hard NOPE for me. this was AFTER I had to contact them to get confirmation email my order was even placed. go elsewhere. we deal with enough liars at work. ugh.

I have ordered from this company for about seven years now. My last order got sent back because the Post Office did not deliver it. I contacted them and even though they refunded my money. They sent my order back out to me anyway. You can't beat that that's just good customer service.

Currently my favorite website to shop from. Yandy is easy to navigate. The variety of products is just insane. They have everything for all the right prices. I’ve probably made 6 or 7 orders in the last two months. I might be obsessed. Shipping is fast! Sometimes same day or next day shipping. The quality is absolutely amazing. If I was dissatisfied for any reason, a return was super simple. It is in the form of store credit, which could be unsettling for some people. The best part is, as soon as you send your return and it has been scanned by carrier, Yandy team will automatically give you store credit. I did have one issue with a recent order, but as soon as I contacted customer service, they went above and beyond to resolve it and in a timely manner.

Just a fairly new costumer, but have been very happy with the quality of Yandy’s products. For the first time there was a damage accessories in one of my orders; contacting Yandy was very easy and fast. Even their team email responses were fast. After sharing with them images of the damaged items they provided me with different options to made up for the damage pieces.
Their costumer service was on point, very friendly, helpful, and most importantly understanding.
Definitely a good place to shop for all those special occasions 🙈 highly recommend it!

I’ve ordered a couple of things for my wife and have found their customer service to be first rate. Very responsive, helpful answers to questions and excellent handling of returns.
My wife says the products are as good as better than those from other lingerie providers.
All in all, an excellent value.
