Produkt gut, Service nicht so

Die Bestellung war leicht und wurde statt aus der Schweiz, aus Deutschland versendet.
Leider war der Sitz an sich mit unserem Toilettendeckel nicht kompatibel, so dass der Toilettensitz aufstand, wenn er eigentlich geschlossen sein sollte.
Also bat ich um Retoure, welche mir nach senden der Bilder genehmigt wurde. Die Retoure ging jedoch nicht an die Deutsche Adresse oder die Schweiz, sondern nach Italien. Die Differenz zw. Versand zu mir und nach Italien sollte bezahlt werden von YaryKidz. Der Kaufpreis wurde sofort beglichen. Die Differenz habe ich nun nach 3 Monaten hin und her schreiben ihnen geschenkt. Ich habe keine Lust mehr auf die Ausreden.
- Das Produkt ist leicht zu installieren und wenn der Toilettensitz nicht in sich gewölbt ist, sicher auch toll.
- Der Kundenservice ist ausbaufähig.
