Terrible delivery experience – do not recommend!
I purchased a full set of furniture from Enza Home Van (Turkey) on June 2, 2025. At the time of sale, they promised delivery within 30–35 days.
Today is July 15, and I still have received nothing. No one contacts me unless I call. They always say, “We will call you back,” but they never do.
When I tried to cancel the order due to the delay, they told me I would lose 30% of the payment! This is outrageous.
I’ve already started paying installments for furniture I haven’t even received. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer.
I do not recommend Enza Home to anyone, especially if you expect timely delivery and proper customer support.
