The visit to the local branch,I found the teller aggressive and dismissive, didn't listen or even try.
Went online to try and solve issue with mobile app,managed toog into my account then immediately locked me out.
Went through the long procedure answering robot question who at one point it didn't pronounce correctly.
Finally through to a human,so frustrating by the speed of advice,and was told how easy it is to mis type....thanks. .not .
Told the reset procedure ,here are 4 alpha numeric digits you will receive 4 alphanumeric digits by email.
I checked, nothing,was told well,it may take a little time to come through.... nothing then ...after consulting with a colleague/ manager...oh the system is down,you will receive the email soon to enable you to reset .
Well it didn't,has now materialised,took at least 5 hours ,to receive the email for me to teset5 a password I wasn't aware there was anything wrong with .
Disappointed with the whole situation,and as a new customer,will close account soon.,if I can ever access again,not confident with this building society at all .
