Terrible

Terrible, take your money and for first month great then ghost you. Have been trying for over a month to get a phone conversation with my account manager, can’t even speak to a person just some chat bot. Would avoid using YELL like the plague in future. I’m stuck in a contract that I can’t get out of. But don’t make the same mistake I did. Was promised weekly correspondence best I got was two 3min videos. Really cannot get across how badly treated I feel and how much I was lied to at sign up. Check their online reviews if you don’t believe me.

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting. These are just the worst. These are very very good at selling you a product but they do not deliver. Soon as you sign the contract they have got you. They asked me what my goal was and how many jobs I would like to get. I told them. They sed that's doable and sold it to me realy good. 3/4 months in, I didn't not receive any work what so ever. Now my company has closed and I am left in debt. They are now taking me to court because I can not afford to pay it. And it's going up every day

I have been with yell.com for a few…

I have been with yell.com for a few years but they seem to getting worse
I have emailed them this past few months regarding changes to my website
But still all is not right with it despite me paying monthly for it im paying for a service that is not doing what its surposed to
