You did not use the material (photos)…

You did not use the material (photos) we provided, very dissapointed.
Initial contact was very good however the design person did not listen at all and just used whatever photos she could find.
All in not a happy customer would not reccomend.

Tried to cancel our subscription with…

Tried to cancel our subscription with them because they didn't contribute anything at all to our business, but they refused. We stopped payment to them, they then said they would cancel our account. Next thing we get debt collectors after us and at least 17 texts a week from yell demanding money. We listened with debt collectors and received a credit note from yell, then we get another bill which we didn't agree with as the account was closed, then we get another £40 added on for later payment. DO NOT do business with this company. They are just out for what they can get and give nothing in return.

I was somewhat wary of Riley trying to sell me more advertising so was very relieved to find that he was happy to discuss my current advertising and website with no hard sell. He gave me some good advice and sound reasoning behind his comments. I look forward to our catch up in six weeks.

Karl was super helpful

Karl was super helpful! I've had many, MANY phone calls and emails from other companies, promising the world. But when Karl got in touch (after I searched out and found a company I may be happy with), I felt like Yell.com has to be the platform I go with for all my SEO and advertising. Been with Yell for 6 months now

Been with Yell for 6 months now. Really happy with outcome. Has helped my business grow. They stripped back my website and started again, making it much more professional and freed me up to concentrate on growing and maintaining services.
Special mention to Paul Weary, my account manager, he's approach has been helpful, trying understand the business and needs rather than generic marketing. Looking forward to many more years with Yell!

This company is absolutely awful

This company is absolutely awful. I have been missold a package with promises of leads and I have not had a single lead for 3 months. After paying £168 a month on a 12 month contract and having 0 leads is horrendous. I have received absolutely no support or no one has reached out to help. My supposed account manager Claire has ignored all messages sent to her. This is the worst marketing agency ever. Do not use them, do not sign up to a contract, you will lose out massively. Just read all their other reviews online and you will see.

Stay away only signed up 4 days ago and came under financial difficulties so couldn't pay for contract. I explain to customer serive and all they said there is no call of period didn't care about your situation. They pray on small bussiness with no help just wants your money.
