Afterwards Received an Email With yet another terms & conditions to bei accepted. Why two times and why differences?

Also time period for advance payments seems short and unreasonable in international transfer

Very easy reservation, very quick confirmation. Mobile app could be improved slightly in terms of better usability.

We spent some wonderful holidays at this amazing camping site and nice surroundings. The mobile home at the hill inside the pines with incredible view over the wineyards and the sea created unforgettable memories!

We enjoyed just sitting on our veranda in the evenings. Every day, swimming and relaxing at the very well arranged and clean pool. We loved the slides and appreciated the very vigilant life guards. Good job!

The restaurant, any animation like water gym as well as the evening events were also nice and varied. Our daughter loved the shows especially for kids.

Going to the beaches of Pampelonne or L’Escalet and visiting the pittoresque villages with wine tastings rounded up our vacation in Ramatuelle. We will definitely come back!

The locations are really well presented and that's great. But the Internet Page doesn't really work on Smartphones in many ways. The biggest issue is that the available dates are wrong. On Smartphones is nothing available via Browser and you're lucky that we couldn't believe and tried on PC.

The personal help from the booking team of the village was excellent! The website booking process is still a bit old-fashioned, finding the right free booking timeframes was difficult (suggested alternative timeframes not clear why these are suggested, but not others).

Some Customer experience problems exist with the Payment provider Payzen and seamless credit card acceptance process e.g. Master Card, which could be solved manually by follow-up email contact. The rest of booking experience and customer service on website, email and phone was excellent.
