After a terrible experience with a major retailer of refurbished and 'second' phones, I was lucky enough to find Yellowape on eBay. My queries were responded to promptly. The phone arrived packaged really securely (unlike the other retailer whose packaging consisted of a flimsy bag). It was just as described; in fact, photographs didn't do it justice. I am now the very pleased owner of a mobile that otherwise I wouldn't have been able to afford. Great customer service and quality product is what Yellowape is all about. Thank you.
