Excellent service and communications.
Ordered an iPad for my daughter for Christmas but was advised that the original courier wasn't delivering to anywhere in Ireland. A new courier was used and the iPad was delivered on Christmas eve. Great product, price and communications, made sure Santa arrived for my daughter!

After hours response, very helpful and happy to make a purchase.
I had a query after working hours and expected a reply the next day, to my surprise I got a message back within 15min and after that I asked more questions and got a response well past 7pm. This was really above and beyond what I expected and it was great as I was able to make my purchase that evening.
