Do not deal with this Company , not worth a penny !
And they renew and increase the fees 30% for a year without your consent and when you call to cancel they trap you for another 3 months to cancel !

Customer Service are unresponsive. Not worth paying for.

Clunky, ineffective, poor communication, difficult to deal with.
We have reached out to yellow pages multiple times over the past 5 weeks in regards to our account issues. Everytime is a dead end, we either get connected with a useless robot or emails get lost in cyberspace. Nobody wants to listen to their hold music for 45 minutes while they answer the phone. Wont be long before this platform is extinct

this place is a Scam they bill you double an when you show them the prove that you paid they just sent you to collections absolutely a rip of service an all it's a joke . i even had them close my account an paid in full an then they call you a month later sayin that paid or closed your account with them. Absolutely bad business they are terrible the only reason for one star is cause there is no option for no stars

yellow pages.ca website appears to be a major SCAM. Extremely poor customer service provided by Damon & McKinnon Construction from Livermore & Groveland. yp.ca refuse to post my one star review. I have had numerous problems and continue to make new discoveries regarding the quality of workmanship. I notified Damon of a roof leak on December 16, 2021, and I am hoping to resolve.

Hey everyone. Margolis,Margolis and associates are the best lawyers to go to for help with your SS DISABILITY. They are very thorough and great on getting your disability if you cannot on your own. Took me 2 tries on my own. Was rejected both times. Acquired this firm and I am now receiving my disability. Thanks to all of them. Very satisfied 🙂🙂🙂

I have begged them hundred times to update the page they created on behalf of my company. They have allowed a competitor company to use our brand name and business by claiming our page and adding their own website to our respected brand. The wrong website link is associated to our business. This is so unacceptable. We are writing this review today to try to get them to react and to stop damaging our business by publishing the wrong information about us.

We purchased a company and tried cancelling the YellowPages contract the previous owner had signed up for. Basically we were told they would continue to charge us for another year because we still have the same phone number and it's an auto renewing contract. We never signed a contract, the person who signed it no longer works here and they signed the contract over 10 years ago. I paid for the final bill and then wanted to cancel but because it wasn't 90 days before the book came out, I'll continue to be charged for another 13 months. I don't think auto-renewals should be honoured for someone who never signed up for the service...

maurice hammond a sales rep for there advertising sold me a spot for $300 per month then a week later calls me n tells me my ad will not work good unless i pay another $349 per month, when i ask why he said it was my website n he needed to repair it i have gotton zero calls for what its worth you are much better advertising on craigslist even if you have to go half price its still better buyer beware dave miller is my name

I recently purchased a wig from Wigs by Andre in Houston, TX. I am a first time buyer and do not know all the particulars of buying a wig. I was referred to them by someone who knew their service well. I explained my situation and the salesperson preceded to show me wigs. She showed me two and told me the difference. I was told one was handmade and natural while the other was machine made and not natural. Not knowing anything about wigs i was made to believe it was natural hair and handmade. Come to find out, the hard way it was synthetic hair that melted when a curling was applied. The store will not take and responsibility for their misrepresentation of the wig. I’m out $470 and they were very rude and accused me of lying, Please be aware if you have a problem because there is no customer appreciation whatsoever!!!

I used Lujan PSI Plumbing to install a new hot water heater and the craftsmanship was hideous. They left me with kinked copper water lines that restrict the flow of water to and from my water heater. Also left my home with bent vent ducts. They had no idea how to vent hot water heaters so they forcefully bent my existing duct work to reach the water heater.

Terrible Company. They do not do what they promise. After cancelling the service (That did not work, by the way.) They try to send me invoices for advertising they did not provide.

When you call to talk with someone, the phone system hangs up prior to a real person answering.

Worst ROI of anything we have done in over ten years. Once they could not even come close to the amount of leads they promised in our market they tried to offer us less desirable markets to make up the lower than promised leads. We later found out that our account had not been cancelled as well had been promised and we stopped getting any leads but was still charged for months totalling about $20k. Yes 20k for several months and they stopped giving us any leads but kept charging us. Dishonest company. I strongly urge you to not business with them. Complete scam!

I highly do not recommend using this businesses services. I'm 18 years of age trying my best to do something in life and this business decides its okay to charge me $10,489. When i hardly make even $1000 in two months. They then admit to not consulting me about these so called "Products" i had purchased. On top of trying to get me to take down my negative review by offering me a discount to a debt that i didn't cause. they even try and cover it up by rewriting things and saying it was " a mistake". Now original i wanted a free listing. Instead they do all this to me and think its okay. They have upset me and have lied.

sign an agreement in 2018 and still getting billed in 2021 without our permission ( FRAUD ALERT ) they will just say it auto renews and that tough your screwed , hence all the bad reviews they get . they KNOW they are no longer a viable company and are just robbing people on the way out , very sad, avoid them at ALL costs as they are not good at customer relations and even worse at advertising.
