Hassan's guembri is a great instrument, and came in very sturdy shipping materials. I would recommend his instruments to any serious musician!

A guembri found a home after one year: thanks a lot for your kind advice 12 months ago. For pandemic reasons the instrument stayed in Morocco but I could finally pick it up some weeks ago. It's in Belgium now and doing more than good: real craftsmanship!

Very good experience with yellowworkshop. Even problems they are not responsible for (like shipping, douane etc) they handle and solve as fast as possible. That's what I call real service!!

Got my Guembri last week, I live in Los Angeles, California. Morocco Post Office rocks. The Guembri is in excellent shape and as expected sounds great. I got mine with the Fishman Pre amp pick up, which adds to the fun. I was in constant communication with Hassan during the making of my Guembri. Great to have a Brother in Essouira. Shukraan ❤️

Hassan is a humble person! I asked him to send my my instrument with a friend of mine who visited Morocco! It was late nights! He opened the shop! He took my instrument carefully! I haven't stopped playing my guembri since it arrived. Hassan makes wonderful instruments and is very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. The guembri arrived very well packaged in its own wooden crate. The instrument has a full and resonant sound. As a double bass player I am impressed at how well it projects relative to it's size. It was really helpful that Hassan posted a film of him playing the guembri so that I was able to see and hear it before buying. I will definitely be paying a visit to Yellow Workshop next time I'm in Morocco.

The strings on our Moroccan Ghimbri strings broke in early September. Living in the USA and having traveled to Essaiuria Morocco many times, I decided to search online, as none could be found in America. I found the Yellowworkshop.com in Essaouria Morocco and sent a rapid email. I received a very quick response from Hassan, a very smooth transaction and they were in the mail, the very next day. I’m pleased to say our Gilbride strings arrived two days ago. Once again there is soothing Moroccan Ganawa music swirling around my house.
