drove two hours to take my son to the cinema in seville. they had a touch pad ticketing with nobody manning the desk. it was only in Spanish. I clicked family pass 1 adult one child, then to select seat option but it would only let me select one seat. I waited at the desk but nobody came, I approached the only employee on duty to resolve the issue but rather then help me she just pointed at the touch screen and said a lot of spanish. I said I speak french english, Portuguese, dutch but habla poco español. she shrugged her shoulder and went back to twirling her hair. So now instead of watching a movie im writing this review. my son is bored and thinking the cinema is not a fun activity.
