I feel the effort of collecting and entering the numbers is not rewarded by the "rewards" I don't want T shirts aprons, at very high price advertising yeo valley. The other bits on offer are not worth... See more

Love your products
Love your products, love here range. Yeokons are great too and they have competitions from time to time which always an incentive to buy
Possibly the most useless reward scheme…
Possibly the most useless reward scheme ever.
Essentially the only useful thing is the shopping bag which you can have one of. All the other things are limited discounts which involve you spending even more money, and in many cases can be obtained online with no purchase.
The YEOKENS
The YEOKENS. are a waste of time. There is only a free plastic shopping bag (1 per customer) for 155 Yeokens but after that there is nothing to use the Yeokens for except money off Codes which are everywhere anyway and are only for expensive items.
The butter is nice but Asda's own brand is the same. I actually prefer Onken Yoghurt but buy Yeo when the other is out of stock. They should offer incentives if they want to sell more, people like useful freebies, coasters, tea towels, oven gloves, biscuit tins, they could all carry the Yeo logo. The Dairy-go-round is a joke, nearly 2 years and I have won nothing. Very disappointed
Organic, sustainable, British, impressive work ethic...
I have been purchasing Yeo Valley Yoghurt for years and love it. I'm really into their Kefir at the moment and occasionally buy their milk and cheese. The Yeo Valley token scheme goes through different seasons and I've not found much to exchange my tokens for of late. But I've had several shopping bags in the past, which I still use or have gifted to people, as well as a great Michael Morpurgo book and a Yeo Valley Recipe book and some trolley tokens. These days I'm saving my tokens up. It might take a long while before I get to the big numbers, but Yeo Valley sometimes do some wonderful offers or you can even use your tokens to donate to charity. Anyway, I'm really glad to have such a great British Company producing some tasty organic produce. It's something I value as I prefer to limit the foods I have that are loaded with pesticides and I think highly of people who choose to farm organically. Not an easy task in this day and age. Thank you Yeo Valley!
Great products; good for the environment!
I love Yeo Valley's products and the fact that they are all organic and from the UK, reducing food miles. Yeokens are fun - and I've had some useful discounts and products using them.
Excellent customer service, yeokens a bonus
I had a problem with yogurts that I had purchased recently and had to contact Yeo by email. All I can say is they responded very quickly and dealt with my concerns. Would recommend them for their excellent customer service, no quibbles at all. Also I am.not sure there are so many negative reviews in regards to their yeokens, I used them recently to purchase some gardening items from Sarah Raven where I had £10 off. Great saving!
Bad customer service
Bad customer service.
I wrote complaint regarding Blueberries Frozen Kefir that did not have... blueberries. I sent a picture of the product.
That is the respond I received...
Oh no! There are definitely not enough blueberries in there... Millie" on 18th August,
"Our Frozen Blueberry Kefir doesn't have lots of pieces of blueberry in it..." Millie on 27th August,
Embarrassing! Staff do not have a simple information about the products they sell.
Enjoying kefir
After buying and enjoying the Kefir for 6 months and NOT bothering with the tokens as i always find that type of thing a pain.
I was astonished to read the reviews. I like to support a good british company.
Cynical moneygrabbing wasters
As others have said, these people are scammers which leaves a nasty taste in the mouth. I was collecting their yeokens hoping to take part in a visit to their dairy farm and now after a few months they've changed the rewards and switched them out for a bunch of rubbish ones instead.
Bunch of cynical money grabbers. There are plenty of organic dairy producers and after this I don't trust YeoValley at all. If they're lying about one thing I'm sure they'll be lying about others.
Shop elsewhere.
After 5 years of laboriously entering…
After 5 years of laboriously entering my tokens & daily spinning, nothing has been won, so I am considering withdrawal. There comes a time when such frustrating `inducements` start to reflect badly on the company & its promotional strategies.
Their tokens scheme is a waste of time
Their tokens scheme is a waste of time.
They promote it as 'win freebies', but the only thing available for years has been a plastic reusable shopping bag; even then, you can only have one of them.
The other offers are discounts on offers and events I can't get to or wouldn't want to. The discounted products are all really expensive anyway.
The spin to win feature is an absolute scam and probably illegal if you had to pay for entry. Just sad and a time waster.
Yeokens scam
I have been collecting the tokens but when I come to use them I can't. I have tried to create an account but nothing happens. It looks like a big scam. I will not be buying any more of their yoghurt.
Products are top (even if Yeokens isn't)
It's true they should sort out Yeokens and try to offer something decent again. (Basically Yeokens used to have some nice offers e.g. I got Tidal, music streaming, free for 3months and still use it, wouldnt have tried otherwise. Have also had afternoon tea that kind of thing. Now, you either get a % off with a 'partner' for a trivial number of yeokens, or you basically need a massive balance for something more worthwhile. The good offers in the middle have vanished).
But sticking to the knitting for a moment, the actual dairy products are very good indeed. We regularly get their organic unsalted butter, yoghurts and kefir, double cream, sour cream etc. They have always been perfect quality, helpfully labelled and in excellent packaging. They actually deserve five stars. So Yeo Valley, read these reviews, pay a bit of love and attention to Yeokens, sort that out and I'll update it to five stars.
Products are ok but the yeokens are a…
Products are ok but the yeokens are a total waste of time. I can’t believe I am still entering the codes etc. I don’t think you can even use them to buy anything now either. Sorry Yeo valley I may start eating other products because of your lack of respect to your customers
Yokens is a sham total waste of time…
Yokens is a sham total waste of time marketing nightmare I am not going to buy there products until you can collect yokens and actually exchange for goods and I advise everyone to do the same boycott them
Seriously, does anyone collect "Yeokens"?
The yogurts are fine but, seriously, does anyone bother to collect "Yeokens" ? Who wants to go through the messy, disgusting rigmarole of scooping the gooey dregs off the film lid to then scan a code to "win" .... what ? It's such a horrible messy process that I wouldn't do it for a free fiver, let alone a chance of a free plastic bag. !
You never Win only lose!!!
I have collected Yeo valley tokens for over nearly 2 year now never won anything, played their stupid spin the wheel, pretty much every day, over 500 times and never won a thing. Whole thing is an absolute con! I say this as it’s a way for companies to obtain your email address when you enter draws and use your yokens!
Has definitely left me very disenfranchised with the brand. Ended up buying my own kefir grains and making it myself!
GOODBYE YEOVALLEY!! My homemade kefir tastes much better!
Yeokens (loyalty points) are worthless.
Since the company have "evolved" the Yeokens programme, they have hugely reduced the range of redeemable products for a reasonable amount of Yeokens (loyalty points).
Meaning they have effectively devalued them!
Disappointing to say the least.
Even after contacting their Customer Service team, to try and use up the Yeokens for remaining products, they cannot help and just quote the changed Terms and Conditions (e.g.: 1 shopping bag per customer).
So, my conclusion is that their loyalty points and programme is useless.
Very good quality
Very good product. We get the 150 gram yogurt. Where can you get plastic tops to keep fresh.
