After a very negative experience with another online shop I was quite nervous about buying again but I was very pleased with the help I received the people who delivered and the product was exactly what I ordered times were respected and I would certainly make other purchases

Order confirmation received promptly…
Order confirmation received promptly and shipping confirmation that the goods will be shipped within 2-3 days by courier. After a week I emailed the seller about not having received the goods. After 2 days I finally got the notification that my address must be wrong which is absolutely not true. Then I wrote 5 more emails without receiving a reply. After another week another email written and received as a response that the courier will contact me by phone. I have been waiting for this for 4 days, but no contact has been made so far. This is my personal experience with this seller. For clarification, after almost 3 weeks goods still not received and no one knows where the goods should be. merchandise value ~EUR 190.00.
