AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I ordered two items as gifts. They both arrived in shocking condition. I was forced to then after packing them as gifts and going to expense of that, to return them. I was told that any postage expenses would be reimbursed onto the original method of payment. I paid over ten pounds to send the items back and was then told that they have no ability to do that. They asked me to provide Paypal details for a refund. I do not have a paypal account at all. I am still out of pocket till I sort this out and open a paypal account or give them my complete card details or bank details. What a complete utter joke. Please avoid this scam website. They are a bunch of liars, dishonest crooks and should be ashamed of treating customers in this manner.
