Im currently cross stitching a life size poryrait of elizabath the 1st. So far its taken me 3 years to complete it. In that time if ive ever needed any extra threads or advice, Yiota has always been there. She gets back to me quickly and makes sure i have everything i need to continue the project.

I ordered the Floral Unicorn kit, having stitched a few Yiota kits previously I knew the quality would be excellent and I was correct. Fabulous colours and everything I needed, there was a very slight issue with the size of the fabric initially supplied however this was very quickly resolved, so I can add excellent customer support to my glowing review. I would definitely order from Yiotas again and would highly recommend them.

I love Yiotas cross stitch kits! Not only are they beautiful, but they are top quality. The Aida cloth, the floss (which is pre-wound and labeled!!), all of it is top quality!! And the customer service is outstanding! Being from the USA, I pay more for shipping, but let me tell you, it’s worth every penny!

I have been buying cross stitch kits from Yiotas for many years; they are always very high quality with everything I could possibly need. Yiota is great and has sorted me out with buying extra thread when I lost a reel and even exchanging fabric when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. Highly recommended

I purchased the Rainbow Storage Bag for my well-travelled and 60 year-old Bernina Record as its old case finally disintegrated and was irreparable. This bag is most attractive, the machine sits comfortably inside it, together with the electric foot, manuals and a few other necessary bits and bobs. The handles make for easy transport and it looks good sitting on my work table. I am most pleased with this purchase which arrived in good time and beautifully packaged. Thank you all at Yiotas.

I purchased a cross stitch kit for an Italian Spinone Dog & then lost the bottom of the pattern. Yoita replaced it with a small fee. Now I can finish this beautiful tapestry.

I received my order quickly, despite this being an international shipment. When I opened the package, I was astonished to find that all my purchases were very carefully packaged in a reusable plastic case to make sure everything remained safe. The kits themselves are beautify and high quality. Recommended!

This company is fantastic. Everything was packed with such care. You can tell it was done with precision and attention to detail. I ordered 3 kits and the advent calender. The advent calendar was such fun to open through Christmas and all the little surprises were spectacular. I have to say honestly, the best part of this company is there customer service. I ordered something 2 years ago and wasn't able to get to it till recently and I had questions about my order. Nothing they did, just something I couldn't remember, and the owner answered me within hours of sending my email, with exactly the information that I needed so that I could begin stitching right away. I answered her email with another question and within minutes she replied with an answer. Such customer service is unheard of. I'm waiting on answers from companies in my own country for over 2 weeks. So the customer service here is just outstanding. Their products are beautifully put together with love and care and are exceptional quality. I will highly recommend them and will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

Great choice and lots of advanced kits. Although website said it would take 7 days as kits are all handmade to order it was quicker than that.

The quality of the kits are brilliant and if there is anything wrong yiotas is there instantly to answer your queries which I found very helpful when I changed bank details with them. Thanks for everything that you do for us and can't wait for the advent calendar to come out again in October.

My first purchase was the holiday SAL which led to the advent calendar. I enjoyed these so much, the care that went into the packaging was exceptional. I've since ordered another pattern with three sitting in my cart so I don't forget.
